  • Other services available on request: garage, water - electric - gas supplies € 8,50 per day, refrigerator, microwave oven, change of linen € 8,00, daily cleaning € 25,00, final cleaning € 100,00.

  • An advance payment of 30% of the total price is required to book. On arrival a deposit of € 150,00 is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of the accommodation and facilities used have been checked. On arrival the balance payment is required.

  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Villa Antica Torre shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 60% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
